Most people sign up for yoga teacher expecting one thing. They leave with a whole lot more.
Most people come into YTT thinking they’ll learn poses, anatomy and how to teach a class. You absolutely will. But you’ll also be challenged to communicate more clearly, trust yourself, see people differently and probably learn a few things about yourself along the way.
