The Los Angeles Volleyball Academy (LAVA) is an affiliation of junior club volleyball organizations in Southern California, featuring some of the best and brightest volleyball coaches in the region. Founded in 2010 with aims of advancing volleyball education for local coaches, players, and parents, the organization set a new course in the summer of 2011 with the launch of its own junior club volleyball program bearing the LAVA name.

Teaching athletes how to compete and why we compete is more than half the battle in shaping a team to play the game the right way......
What you see below is what I call VOLLEYSAL.....taken from the indoor soccer game, FUTSAL.......The idea is to increase the touches for the players. When we play 3 v 3 or 4 v 4, we allow the players to get better at all facets of the game, especially vision. How? By simply getting more touches and being mindful.
