Here's a shot from last night's dinner with my good friend Brooks.

Today makes it official, I am now in the 60 zone. I definitely have more aches and pains than ever before, but it still pushed through it and weight train 6 days a week on average, meditate daily, spend time in my garden areas, feed my body proper nutrition, and surround myself with good people.
