Honestly, I feel like I have not been doing enough and I'm slipping....
I can see it and feel it.

When the doctors say you may never walk again, what do you do? Woke up from a coma in 1999. Deal w TBI every day of my life. Running is my medicine.
You get up, and you start running - and you never stop!

Everything counts, so get out there and carve out 10 or 15 mins if that's all you got
It's funny how we register for things so far out that there's no telling what kind of shape will be in come race day, or what other things might come up that are a conflict ie work etc.
I do have a couple of things on the books that I still don't know if will do, to include a full and an ultra. But for me, having something on the books, there's a reason not to skip workouts daily. That, and frankly, it's my the part of most days that I look fwd to.

I'm currently registered for 1 full and 3 ultras, but I can't say what I'll end up doing....And honestly, I never know what i'm gonna do until right before the race...And that's totally fine.
You register so far out that who knows how you're going to be feeling when race day pops up?But at least you're shooting for something
Anyone else registered for anything??
How's training going??

Started with my usual kettlebell routine (linked in comments) then a little bit of ab chair and compound dumbells.
**Saw a sad little creator on another platform erroneously, claiming that compound moves are not good for you.
She will learn.
