I always try to do strength before a cardio, and ideally, my strength circuit is 30 mins followed by a 5k run.
Today however, I only had ten minutes to spare on the circuit followed by a ten minute mile.
I came to say that yesterday I had a really fun day shooting and 4 wheelibg, with my oldest son. And when I was looking at the fun pictures and videos that we took, I felt like my back looked fat and it was really bothering me...
It mightve been just something weird about the tank top I was wearing, or something, but today I took a picture of my back after I worked out and it didn't look bad at all.
I guess my point is that for me personally no matter how good i'm doing, I always see something that I want to make an improvement on.
I'm still £10 lighter than I was a year ago. Which was 20 lighter than the previous year
And it's not even about the scale anymore for me
It's about being healthy and strong
Just don't get it in your head about.
