This December marks something very special — the 25th Anniversary of the Whipping Willow Winter Gathering.

For 25 years, martial artists from different systems, lineages, and backgrounds have come together to share, learn, preserve tradition, and celebrate the similarities between the Arts.

The Winter Gathering has never been about one style or one system. It is a place where practitioners can come together, share what has been passed down to them, and experience the principles and ideas that connect us across different martial traditions.

This year is more than another Gathering. It is a celebration of 25 years of teachers sharing openly, students training together, friendships being built, and traditions being carried forward.

We celebrate the similarities shared within the Arts.
