An excellent walking lunge variation to target your glutes! By emphasizing this long step and bringing our chest forward, this really engages the hip. Maintain a nice flat back and drive through! See how your glutes feel after this.
Toyo is really athletic as this is a difficult exercise. We have been focusing on the medial glute as it reduces back irritation if it is weak.
