In case you forgot what dominance for an entire playoffs looks like…
Just 2 years ago, Luka Doncic had one of the greatest Finals runs through Western Conference we’ve seen in the last 20 years.
It’s hard to imagine ANYONE trading him just 8 months after this. Not to mention he‘s in his prime and committed long term.
Even if you believed in Nico’s vision, you saw what happened to Luka the following season. He dropped the weight, raised the defensive effort, and became the player every Dallas Mavericks fans dreamed about for the Los Angeles Lakers.
And that came AFTER being the most prolific superstar in the 2024 NBA Playoffs.
