Holding your breath and bracing vs. breathing with the movement...
When you hold your breath and suck in, you spike the pressure inside your belly and send it down and out, straight into your pelvic floor and your midline.
360 breathing does the opposite. You inhale and let your ribs expand, then exhale on the hard part so your deep core and pelvic floor turn on together.
