There’s something special about watching a friend bring a vision to life.
I had the honor of helping capture a little piece of what Nita has created with Her Haus Wellness Studio
A women’s wellness studio centered around strength, Pilates, recovery, and community.
But this moment is bigger than a beautiful space.
Nita is my friend, my Divine Nine sister, my Nike sister, and someone who has consistently shown up for me and for so many people in ways that are hard to put into words. She’s a mom, a leader, a coach, and a woman who pours into others.
So watching her create a space that will do the same for other women feels extra special.
The work is focused. The coaching is personal. The feeling is yours.
Her Haus officially opens its doors this Sunday.

Getting to Martha’s Vineyard was an ADVENTURE Delayed flight, canceled flight, last minute hotel, and then the smallest plane I’ve ever been on. I was questioning my decisions l, but BABY it was worth it!
This was the reset I didn’t know I needed.
Being surrounded by Black people, Black excellence, culture and community. Beach days, good food, events, doing the polar bear plunge, mindful movement with my family, and just BEING.
It honestly reminded me of what I’ve missed since my HBCU days. That feeling of being surrounded by people who look like me and just get it.
My biggest takeaway: FIGHT FOR YOUR PEACE. Protect it. Prioritize it. Make room for it.
Martha's Vineyard, you were GOOD to me. 10/10.
