From lots of fear and anxiety to a confident swimmer!
This awesome little one had a lot of anxiety about swimming and getting his face wet/ going under the water. With my gentle but firm approach as a teacher he has grown into a confident swimmer and absolutely loves swimming!
I love seeing transformation and progress in your little ones. And you'd be surprised to know that growing confident and facing your fears has many benefits outside of swim lessons. It often translates to being confident in many areas of your little ones life or how they approach fearful/ anxious situations in the future.
I love to incorporate growth mindset when speaking to and teaching your children and strongly believe in the positive effect it brings to your child. If you don't know growth mindset yet, look it up, it's a wonderful philosophy.
