What are you doing for the Fall Equinox? 🍂
The Fall Equinox marks a threshold — a moment to acknowledge what this year has brought, what has changed, and how we want to enter the season ahead.
This September, we’re gathering on the land for five days of ceremony, embodiment, nourishment, and connection.
This retreat is for you if:
✦ You’ve moved through a lot this year and need space to integrate.
✦ You’re craving time away from your everyday rhythm to reconnect with yourself.
✦ You’re ready to release, excavate, or move through what’s been lingering.
✦ Your body is asking for deeper rest, movement, and nourishment.
✦ You’re longing for more time in nature and connection with the Earth.
✦ You want to enter the next season feeling grounded and clear.

One week from today! 🦚
Krishna, or Kṛṣṇa, means blackish-blue. He is one of the most playful, ever-youthful avatars.
Although in the Bhagavad Gita (The Song of God), he shares with his best friend Arjuna, how he is even more than that. He shares the science of Purusha—the source of All That Is, the one that is in all things.
There are many ways to relate to Krishna.
He has over 1,000 names. Yogis understand him as the Supreme Being. Devotees understand him as the all-worshipable. But there are those who relate to him as a friend, a child, and even a lover.

One of the things I love most about Krishna Consciousness is that there is no separation between the Divine and the offering itself.
The prayer, the ritual, the medicine, the mantra, the fire, the one making the offering—Krishna says, I am all of it.
In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna speaks the Song of God. He explains reincarnation, karma, Bhakti and most importantly who God is. In this verse, he reminds us that the Divine is in everything. In what we offer, what we receive, and in the ordinary moments of our lives.
This is some of the nectar we’ll be swimming in during Krishna 101: The Black God. 🦚

Water Spirit 💧
Water gives life to trees and sustains them.
Roots get nourished by the spirit and essence that make up agua.
The sustainer of vitality and fluidity.
Without water, our soul runs dry.
What do you thirst for?
Our soul has longings beyond our physical needs.
Soul work starts with understanding the emotional bodies and the tie to our roots.
This is part of the mystery we enter in The Mysterium.
If you’re called to go deeper into Indigenous Shadow Work and Soul Retrieval facilitation, applications are now open for the October cohort.
DM “MYSTERY” to begin.
