All Gas No Breaks functions as a Non-Profit and a for Profit business. Although not yet up and running, the non-profit sector of AGNB is in its early development stages and is expected to be up and running by Fall 2011. AGNB will serve the Los Angeles community by helping youth and Young Adults with Artist Development programs assistant with different creative building programs and a business prog
ram which will better prepare the participants to face record labels and other large companies in the entertainment business. AGNB will be connecting with CAl State Universities and UC's campuses in the Los Angeles area. AGNB has multiple sectors including management, visual arts, music, marketing and more. AGNB will offer multiple internship opportunities to the surrounding colleges. AGNB is a member of the Carson Chamber of Commerce. Bobby Outlaw (25) and Chardae Jenkins (20) are the co-founders for both operations. They have generated and implemented creative planning and effective programming for AGNB and are pushing to make it the biggest program that Los Angeles has ever seen. AGNB is working with up and coming artists and are developing them into savy and creative business individuals that will flourish into this generations musical artists and leaders. AGNB is currently working on a program which will focus on enhancing networking skills for artists, producers, photographers, models, engineers amd marketing teams in the entertainment business. This event will offer presentations from artists and others to showcase their skills and what they can offer and will increase the amount of support among black artists and professions in the field of Entertainment.
