Why do I post this?
1. Yes… I’m proud of my progress! 3 years ago I would of been hospitalized if I would of tried this.
2. Contrary to popular opinion; this isn’t yoga… nor is it a pre-req for yoga.
These postures are great in that they help open your body up so you can do what they are meant for which is sit comfortably for long stretches of time meditating.
So… if you can’t do this.. who cares… I watched Bloodsport as a kid and always wanted to do the Vane Damme split… and I’m happy my hamstrings are loosening up…
Other than that it just shows what consistency will do and why my back feels so much better!

Wtf was I thinking! Life is a trip…. I’m not going to lie… I would love to be this lean again but back then I thought that would solve problems..
Also I had zero mobility lol…

I’ve been really enjoying auditioning again.
At this point I realize it’s more about the journey than the end result which takes a lot of pressure off and just let’s me express my pov.
Every character has a piece of me and that’s where the gold is… not trying to give them what they want but what I have to offer.
