These practices are widely used for health purposes, as a way to cultivate and balance qi (life energy), so it flows smoothly within us. Scientific research has proved that alpha-theta brain wave produced by mind-body education, such as Tai Chi and Qigong, has the potential to save trillions of dollars in healthcare costs, reduce violence and social issues, and increase global consciousness.
Success in exams isn’t about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about being the most prepared, the most focused, and the most disciplined when it counts. You don’t need to know everything — you just need to know what you studied, and believe it’s enough. Turn off the panic, turn on the plan. Read each question twice, answer what you know first, and don’t let one hard question steal your confidence. You’ve put in the hours. Now let the results catch up to the work. Go in there and prove it to yourself (Words of Wisdom)
