One of the questions I get asked most is how I stay consistent with my workouts while travelling, and the answer is, I keep it simple! You don't need the perfect space, equipment, or an hour to make movement count. All you need is 10-15 minutes and a screen.
While my children were napping, I headed to the hotel gym for a quick TPC class and it completely shifted my energy, cleared my mind, and lifted my mood. That's exactly why I created these classes, to help you stay consistent wherever life takes you!
