Go Mary Wells ! Rockstar in my book. Wants to know the why, wants to know the details! Wouldn’t want it any other way!

The only problem with getting ‘behind’ the ball is that your divot also gets behind the ball

The numbers do the talking, don’t even have to say a word 👍

Before, we hit the ground almost a foot behind the ball. Thins, low flight. A golf course isn’t playable then.
FFwd 2 years, backswing cleanup and nice development.
Now to put the ball at B3 consistently 🙂

Congrats Tony Tony Lee on your PR at Oaks Club, a highly tactical course.

Grateful to receive unsolicited testimonials like these for Stack & Tilt Golf. 🙏

The role of the arms in the description of the golf swing is often understated, especially recently.

Bryson DeChambeau abducts his right arm 138 degrees from start to finish. He is using nearly everything he can out of the joint --its maximum is 145 degrees per the 2nd slide.

If arms aren't participating as such, there should be GEARS traces of arms reflecting zero horizontal ab/adduction. However, no such trace exists.💡

Clubfitting matters. The XXIO 38g shaft was deflecting so much that the low point was averaging 2.6B. No change to the swing, just put a 75g shaft with Srixon head in. Game changer to the low point, moving it to 1.7A, a 4.3 inch delta.

In addition to low point being better, the distance increased because the energy wasn't spent deflecting the shaft. The energy instead traveled down the shaft and transferred to the head. Michael Manavian thank you for educating me on fitting.

A nod to Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Robert Bush for training my eye. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t even notice half these things.

Lots of the medical community watch this page, and this is a case study on what is happening biomechanically in JK’s swing.

Red light on right lateral flexion. Yellow light on lead knee, lead ankle.

Congratulations to this golfer on the steady decline of his index during renovation to current.

We practice pressure forward 55% at address. This is tour average. As seen on the charted data.

This cannot be measured by the naked eye.

Love helping this young man. Home for summer but we still have goals. Here we are looking for a smoother curve along the spine—to equalize stress along the spine. Versus having a single part of it perform all the flexion.

Our goal is longevity. We want more of the spine involved in the flexion, not less. As mentioned, this means a smoother curve to the whole spine from lumbar to cervical—as opposed to only the upper T-spine flexing more sharply.

At P1, we went end-range on neck flexion so the neck wasn’t so extended. This also allowed for foveal (central) vision on the ball. Before, it was peripheral.

What resulted was a more smooth curve to the back at impact. A more equal distribution of stress.
