Claude and AI wasn’t mainstream when I was last building a business in 2022 (before I started chiropractic school).
Since then, I’ve gotten diagnosed with ADHD and have been learning how my brain works and how to work with it.
Sometimes my brain is so overwhelmed with open tabs and all the things I need to and want to get done…
So between my own personal life coaching sessions with my Coach… I utilize Claude to help me organize the 8 million tabs in my brain and helps make it look neat and organized and TANGIBLE.
Now, do I follow the plan 100%? Mostly never.
But having a set plan allows my brain freedom to maneuver around it instead of having to think about what I need to do…
Does that make sense? Lolol

As a first-generation Asian-Canadian, my upbringing was extremely different from many of my peers, and I struggled to fit in because of my cultural differences and family ideals, so generational wealth felt extremely out of reach. My emotional intelligence was non-existent, my communication skills sucked and my money mindset was horrible. My family did the best with what they had but it wasn’t eno

A lil vulnerable post 🙈… P.S. I have a Scorpio stellium and I’m also slightly autistic, so I feel A LOT, and my way of releasing is through crying.
So please excuse the amount of ugly cries in here lol.
—> My ENTIRE life, I’ve had a story (deep limiting belief) that I SUCKED at science...
Growing up, I always knew I wanted to help people problem solve. It was my strongest skill in school. I had a knack for giving advice, being a shoulder for others to lean on when they were struggling. (yes, even as a kid).
I then wanted to become a psychologist/therapist and gave up on that career because I really struggled once the more science-y classes happened.
Then, I became a certified life coach and devoted my life to studying the subconscious mind and inner child/generational trauma work...
Through that work, I saw just how messed up the mental health profession is. How much of a disconnect between the mind and body exists in the healthcare system.
The only solution I saw and what I could ACTUALLY do as a lil 5’3” asian girl from Canada was to enroll in a chiropractic doctorate program in my late 20’s. I chose a profession I believe in wholeheartedly. A profession that has taught me skills to facilitate deep ass cellular healing in people with my freaking HANDS (like what?).
So I chucked my ego at the door, and I did the one thing I have told myself I couldn’t do my entire life. To do science.
Reality? I fell asleep EVERY single class the first week of every single quarter for about 1.5 years because my brain literally could not handle more information. It was so fu***ng tapped. And I was sitting front row and center... embarassing right? lolol
I was exhausted and I cried so much. I kept wondering if I made a mistake, and felt like a fraud and imposter because how can I be a Doctor if I suck at science??
But if there’s one thing about me, it’s that I don’t give up easily.
Even though there was a part of me that had a deep rooted belief I couldn’t do it. I kept pushing through and I proved myself wrong. I dismantled the belief I sucked at science.

The last time I was at in a room like this was 2019/2020 when I was flying all over the U.S. attending business conferences and events.
Being a broke student the past 3.5 years in Chiro school, the last thing I had was $1500 for a conference ticket.
But I manifested the s**t out of being here, I was persistent, I took action.
And I ended up being the *only* student in this room.
Nothing compares to the energy and vibes in these spaces… or how many people you end up connecting/networking with.
This weekend was a little glimpse of what my next few years can look like, and boy am I lit TF up.
I’ve sworn away coaches for a few years (story for another time).
But I had this deep gut feeling of “I’m gonna work with Steph soon, and I’m gonna be one of her biggest case studies/client wins”
Soooo this is me putting that out in the Universe 🤪
Thank you Dr. Stephanie Wigner | Business & Life Mentor for throwing such an amazing event together 🫶🏽 see you in Tampa in February! 🎉
This little tip has changed my life and has truly made such a positive impact on my friendships!
One of my besties Carissa Michelle Johnsen did this with me early on in our friendship and I just remember how much it shifted receiving info inside of my body.
So I have her to thank for this little but impactful tip.
Somewhere between 2018 and 2021, I went from documenting and sharing my life online because I loved it to feeling this pressure to share everything in real time for everyone else to see.
Why? I don’t know… maybe because as a business coach at the time, I was conditioned to show people “this is the life you can have”, so it felt like I needed to share EVERYTHING all the time… in live time.
It slowly took the “presence” and joy out of it.
But in the past few years? Even through the chaos of a doctorate program… I’ve genuinely found so much peace just living, experiencing, and docuuuuumenting!
Capturing moments for me and my future kiddos.
Sitting with experiences before I decide if I even want to share them at all.
So here’s a little snippet of what my life looks like when I’m offline 🐴♥️
But if there’s something I recommend everyone do… it IS to document memories.
There’s only so much our brain can remember, and having photos and videos to look back on helps you relive those beautiful memories and experiences in your later years!
P.S. I’m new to my horse girl era, and an 11-yr old cutie pie taught me quite a bit today!
I also learned proper after riding care etiquette today!
It’s been such a beautiful and humbling experience because I’m SO new to the horse world! But I’m obsessssssed.

Something I had to unlearn was that needing help meant something was wrong with me. 🤷🏻♀️
I spent so long trying to build the “perfect routines” on my own.
Reading every book, watching every video, trying every system.
And none of it stuck because none of it actually knew my life or how my brain worked
Dawn was one of the first things that asked what my life actually looked like before suggesting anything (it asks you a million questions and then curates a routine designed for YOU!)
Remember… It’s okay to have help. And you don’t have to rawdog life on your own. 🤷🏻♀️

There’s something about fairs that always brings out my inner child. 🥰
I don’t know if it’s all the lights…
the rides or the vibes 🤷🏻♀️
But it’s always a 10/10 🥹
Also… I wished I wasn’t one of those people who’d start getting dizzy / nauseous on certain rides when they got older…
Alas, tis true.
However, I still crave and love the fast/drop rides that make my heart fall out of my vagine… so if that’s you, wanna plan a six flags date? 🫶🏽
