comment HAIR to get the exercises to naturally prevent, reduce, and even reverse gray hair growth👇🏼

stress turns your hair gray (but it’s often reversible) 🤯

HUH?? lowering your cortisol and your stress actually reverses the greying in your hair...

scientific studies as of 2021 from Columbia University are showing that hair graying isn’t linear...you can definitely slow it down (even if you’re over 35)

what if your face isn’t getting wrinkles from aging? it’s keeping score against stress. comment CORTISOL to get the exercises to reduce wrinkles, release stress, and age in reverse 👇🏼

here’s what nobody tells you: cortisol eats collagen.

it literally breaks it down. and when you’re chronically stressed, your body pulls blood flow away from your skin to deal with the perceived threat.

what’s left is volume loss, sagging, and wrinkles that keep getting deeper.

that’s why when you’re stressed you’ll notice your wrinkles getting worse faster

🌸 New blog post 🌸 The Stress & Trauma Data Report: What We Learned From 250,000 Students

250,000 women can’t be wrong 👇🏼

you’re carrying more stress in your body than you realize.
and it’s not just “in your head.” it’s nervous system dysregulation, constant stress, and stored trauma living in your tissues.

if this is you, you might be experiencing:
✨ waking up between 2–4am and unable to fall back asleep
✨ daily pain in your head, neck, hips, shoulders, back, or jaw
✨ gut issues and digestion problems
✨ brain fog or dissociation
✨ exhaustion, heaviness, or feeling shut down
✨ feeling wired at night but tired all day

the good news is that you can release stress and trauma from your body with somatic exercises 💖

you can sleep through the night again.
you can think clearly.
you can feel energized instead of exhausted.
you can stop living in survival mode.

do you want to find out where your stress is stored and regulate your nervous system?

first of all, it’s important to acknowledge that cellulite isn’t a flaw. it isn’t “bad” or “shameful.”

if you want to reduce the appearance of your cellulite because that helps you feel more confident, this post will teach you how...

so, cellulite can be a normal pattern of female connective tissue (aka your fascia), but stress makes the appearance of cellulite much worse.

scientifically, when you experience long-term stress, your fascia tightens and blood flow to your fascia decreases, which makes the appearance of cellulite worse.

additionally, when you’ve been stressed for a long time (over 3 months), your cortisol levels rise.

this slows down collagen production, weakens the connective tissue that keeps your skin firm, and makes the appearance of cellulite worse.

when you’ve been stressed for a long time, your nervous system can get stuck in it’s “on” position (fight or flight),

which makes your body prioritize survival over repair...

this means less circulation, slower collagen renewal, and weaker tissue recovery, all of which make cellulite more visible.

but when you do tiny, lazy movements called somatic exercises, you visibly reduce the appearance of cellulite.
