We are exciting to be part of the The Community Foundation of Lorain County Connect to a Cause fundraiser on September 17, 8AM to 8PM! We will be posting information daily as to how you can help us provide free boxing programming to ages 8 - 18!

We are planning to bring back our adult fitness boxing class, end of September. The format will be a 30- 45 minute H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) for all fitness levels. As of now, we are set for Wednesdays. However, we are trying to decide the best time. Please post below what time would work best! We will decide by end of this week! Options include: 4:45pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 5:45pm
