Quincy Lewis-Buggs focuses on "the softball/people side" having experienced recruiting and tournaments as a former player, college coach, and travel coach. Quincy stays neutral in the softball world and does not coach travel or high school. This allows the focus to stay on creating the best possible experience for every athlete, coach, and family in attendance!

Eric Buggs focuses on the "logistics side" utilizing his 20+ years of running athletics events and managing facilities along with his experiences as a college volleyball coach.
