As you can see by the look on my face this was not an easy one!! But I was impressed that I even got both legs up. This is one progression from our core compression hold in Deep Core. Just gotta keep practicing and working those core muscles 💪🏼

Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm and Wednesday at 10am!! We are still learning to Shimmer in Zumba this month. Perfect time to come learn with us! Always a fun time!

Who’s ready to try this in Suspension Training Class?!?! Just kidding but we can always work up to it some day. Definitely a big challenge for the core to keep your body upside down. This looks like a major upper body strength move but it relies mostly on that CORE! We work our core in many different ways in Suspension Training along with all our muscles. A must try class for sure!

Our Strong 30 classes are truly for everyone.. Just beginning start with a lower intensity version and as you progress add the next challenge and just keep going! Stronger and stronger each Class!!!
