A cozy,soulful space for Movement & Stillness.Sanctuary is a🦋Trauma-Informed/Growth-Encouraged Space Offering small group & private Yoga.Massage & Relaxation Therapies as well as Reiki.Honoring the Mind,Body&Soul. I offer a range of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy. I am certified in Manual Lymphatic drainage as well as the Bellanina Facelift Massage and ACE Medicupping vacuum Therapy. Each body therapy is customized to the clients specific needs upon consultation. November 2022 I received my 200 HR trauma informed Yoga Teacher certification and began teaching independently Oct 2023, soon after the Bloomin Yogi, Yoga and Wellness Studio was fostered and created. It is my intention to care for you so greatly, you wish to be cared for by no other : ) I am a member of Yoga Alliance and the American Massage Therapy Association.

This is what happens when you are in constant pain!
Everything becomes secondary to the pain.
I miss y’all! I am doing all all the things to get this body back to where it was. I am getting better! I will get better!
I have friends, family, and clients all in my corner offering support. Thank Y’all! 🫂
I’m like a newborn baby right now, I have never in my life experienced this type of sensation/pain in my body. It’s absolutely horrible but I’m learning and growing from this experience. I will be back! ❤️ jessica

🤍 A little update from me…

I’ve had to make the difficult decision to step away from my work for a little while longer.
After a recent injury, my body is asking me to slow down — really slow down — and give it the time, rest, and care it needs to heal properly.
So, for now, all yoga classes, private sessions, massage and body treatments will be canceled through September.
🛑I will be taking the month of September completely off with the intention of returning in October, when my body is ready.
This is not an easy decision for me. Caring for others has been such a huge part of who I am for more than 20 years, and stepping away from my clients is incredibly difficult!!
But I’m learning that sometimes healing requires us to stop trying to push through.
So I’m choosing to listen!
Thank you to every person who has been so understanding, supportive, and kind while I navigate this unexpected pause. Your messages and encouragement have meant more than you know.
I’ll be using this time to focus on healing, restoring my strength, and taking care of myself — so that when I return, I can continue caring for you from a healthier, stronger place.

A gentle little reminder that I apparently needed to hear, too. 🤍
For more than 20 years, I have had the privilege of caring for my clients, often putting my own needs somewhere further down the list.
I’ve rarely taken extended time away. I’ve worked through tired days, busy seasons, and times when my body was asking for a little more rest than I was willing to give it.

✔️But sometimes the body gets a vote.

🛑And mine has been screaming for me to slow down.

So, I’ll be taking a week away from the studio to rest, reset, and give myself the same care and compassion that I so freely encourage my clients to give themselves.
I want to reassure everyone who has reached out that I am okay. 🤍 I’m simply listening to what my body needs right now rather than pushing through.
I’ve spent a lot of years teaching others that rest is not something we have to earn.
Now I’m practicing what I preach.❤️
Thank you for your patience, your understanding and your concern.
You guys truly are the best clients on this planet! I love you all!

Sometimes we bloom.
Sometimes we rest.
Both are part of being well. 🌿

If you have been curious about Yoga, but maybe have been intimidated with the actual word or with walking into a studio or maybe you struggle with your own thoughts of what your body is capable of, please allow me to ease all of that!
✨The sanctuary is a perfect little space to begin your yoga practice, especially if you have any of the above beliefs.
✨The energy of the studio is welcoming, at a max of six students, it offers closeness and a more personal experience, even at full attendance!
