Meet the newest addition to the Axis Fit & Nutrition team, Mackenzie Walker! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ

Mackenzie brings a strong background in both fitness and nutrition to Axis. A Texas A&M graduate with a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science, she is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through ISSA.

With four years of coaching experience, Mackenzie has worked with hundreds of clients ranging from ages 14 to 80 and across all fitness levels. She previously spent two years training at Life Time in Frisco, where she became one of the gymโ€™s top trainers and served as a Nutrition Leadโ€”helping educate both members and fellow trainers on nutrition, supplements and sustainable healthy habits.

Now back home in East Texas, Mackenzie is ready to bring that experience and passion to the Axis community!

Her approach is simple: meet you where you are, build habits that last and help you accomplish things you never thought possible.
