SEPTEMBER has arrived and here’s our current class schedule. Please review as we have a few changes. Our classes are for everyone and someone new to the gym! Our instructors offer levels for everyone and would love to meet you!

LABOR DAY STAFF HOURS ARE 8 AM - 2 PM & NO GROUP CLASSES ON 9/7. Workout on your time because we are open 24/7! Amenities are only during staff hours. Let us know if you have any questions.

Meet us on the Longmont Shopping Center | Restaurants • Retail green lawn in front of Hot Pot City, Parry’s Pizza and Ozo Coffee. We’ve had a fun summer with everyone - let’s have the biggest end of summer celebration 🎉

𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒑 𝑭𝒊𝒕 𝑭𝒂𝒎, Thursday, 6:00 AM (7/9 only) will be subbed with a 55 min BODYPUMP class instead of 30 min BODYPUMP followed by 30 mins of CORE. Thursday PUMP/CORE (6:00/6:30 AM) will return next week. Thank you for your understanding, please reach out if you have any questions.
