I just returned from teaching my "CBC for CCW" course for Florida Fi****ms Training in Palm City, FL. Hosted by FFT's Will and Megan Farrugia and their staff, it presented instruction in all phases of defending against contact-distance weapon threats both unarmed and with a concealed-carry handgun. Thanks to the outstanding support I received from MBC instructors Marc Galli, Robby Cook, Tom Leake, Scott Hugues, and Walt Spinrad, all the students received lots of personalized attention. Together we were able to work through most of the CBC system, using it as both a standalone empty-hand defense, a means of earning your draw, and as an integrated skill set with weapon in hand.

I am extremely grateful to FFT, my MBC instructors, and everyone who participated for a truly unforgettable training event!
