If you know Victoria and you’ve ever trained alongside her, then you already know… she brings the energy every single session. 💪
She works hard, pushes herself, and somehow still finds a way to encourage the people around her to do the same.
What makes this transformation even more inspiring is everything happening outside the gym.
Victoria is:
✨ A mom
✨ A wife
✨ Working a full-time job
✨ A Polynesian dancer
✨ And still showing up consistently for herself
The “before” picture was taken shortly after she started getting back into training after having her baby.
The “after” picture was taken after our recent 6-Week Challenge back in February.
And here’s the important part 👇
So many moms feel pressure to “bounce back” within the first few months after having a baby.
But real, lasting progress usually doesn’t happen overnight.
For Victoria, these results came from months of commitment, discipline, consistency, and dedication — even on the days she was tired, busy, stressed, or didn’t feel motivated.
This is your reminder that progress IS possible, even as a busy mom.
You do not need to be perfect.
You just need to keep showing up. 💯

… and it went GREAT 👏
Quick disclaimer:
We are NOT the type of program promising you’ll lose 20+ lbs in 6 weeks.
What we ARE focused on is sustainable, realistic progress that actually lasts. Think 1–3 lbs per week consistently. Anything beyond that is a bonus.
This past weekend, our members lost anywhere from 2–9 lbs and averaged 2+ inches off their waistlines 🔥
But here’s the important part:
The scale doesn’t tell the whole story.
Your weight fluctuates daily, so don’t let one number determine your success.
Progress also looks like:
✅ Inches lost
✅ More energy
✅ Better habits
✅ More confidence
✅ Showing up consistently
And if results aren’t happening yet? Don’t panic.
Sometimes we simply need to adjust the plan and fine tune the approach. That’s why coaching and accountability matter.
