Long Beach Yoga Original hot yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, yin, vinyasa, hatha, and sound baths. Veteran and former LEO owned. Our community has grown, and so has our repertoire!

Your neighborhood yoga studio since 2010 has expanded its offerings! Up until a few years ago, we only provided the original hot yoga (Bikram) series. We now have almost 50 classes a week (and they’re not all hot)! We offer warm vinyasa, sound baths, and of course our tried-and-true Bikram yoga and signature nightly hot yin. Rest assured that while our classes have grown, our teaching standards have remained exceptionally high. Every one of our 20 weekly yoga teachers is highly experienced, capable, and passionate. Many are globally renowned. They are true experts in what they teach, and we adore them.

Last weekend, Di and Jackie took four workshops with Bradshaw Wish (bradshawwish), and it was so amazing that it definitely deserves its own post. It’s important to remember that no matter how long you’ve been teaching yoga, you’re never done learning. Two of our teachers, Maeve Graham and Grace Antoinette just finished their yin training out in Park City, UT with Abigail Atkinson ☯︎ Yoga Teacher. We wasted NO time getting them on the schedule. Maeve just taught her first yin class last night, and Grace will be teaching hers next Tuesday. Come on by to support these amazing ladies in their new slots!
