Mission Muay Thai

Over 3 years ago, Josh walked through our doors and started where every great Mission student starts — with the fundamentals.

Since then, he has put in the work, tested his skills, earned his advancement into M1, stepped into the arena with over 10 Technical Smokers and Combative Sparring matches, and continues to represent Mission Muay Thai with heart, discipline, and humility.

Today, Josh is not only a competitor but also a coach, helping guide the next generation through our Mechanics and Fundamentals programs. He has also dedicated himself to learning the sport beyond competition by developing his skills as a Muay Thai referee and judge.

Josh is a true example of the Mission Method: start with the basics, stay consistent, trust the process, and keep growing and progressing.

All of us at Mission Muay Thai are incredibly proud of everything you have accomplished so far. The Mission is far from over, and we know there are even bigger goals ahead for you.

Keep going Josh. The best is yet to come!

To every student who stepped onto the mats, every coach who invested their knowledge, and every volunteer who gave their time to make today possible: thank you.

Testing isn’t about being perfect. It’s about having the courage to show up, to challenge yourself, and to find out what you’re truly capable of. Whether you met your goal today or discovered areas to continue growing, this was a milestone worth celebrating.

Congratulations to every single person who was part of today’s testing. Be proud of the step you took. This is just another chapter in your journey, and we’re honored to be a part of it.

MTAAC Event in Stockton, California!

Fight night is not always about wins and losses - it’s about growth, experience, and continuing the journey, but the game is to test yourself.

A huge congratulations to our young teen athlete, Dane Wilkerson, for stepping into the ring for his very first amateur Muay Thai bout. While the result didn’t go our way against a strong and talented opponent, Dane showed heart and the willingness to test himself on a bigger stage. Having grown up through the Muay Thai Development League (MDL) and Combative Sparring events, this was another important step in his development, and we know this experience will only make him stronger moving forward.

We’re incredibly proud of heavyweight athlete, Shai for a strong performance and bringing home the ISKA Championship title.

Congratulations to Pro Fighter/Head Coach , teammate .lyman and on their consistent hard work and dedication. All of their hard work, discipline, and commitment to the process paid off in a big way - well deserved!

Both athletes represented with respect and determination. The Mission continues—learn, grow, improve, and keep moving forward.
