Summer’s not over yet! Come out and run with us this week!

Wednesday we’ll have a track workout at Barnegat High School at 7pm. Meet us in the far side parking lot by the Donahue School!

Then on Thursday we’ll be meeting at The Boatyard for a run and meetup afterward!

Then on Sunday we’ll be meeting at Whittingham Coffee House!

We somehow survived Maria’s Pilates sculpt class at Yoga Bohemia, coming out the other end with smiles, shaking legs, and drenched shirts.

Thanks again to Maria Davis and Yoga Bohemia for this wonderful class, bringing the yoga and running communities together.

We came. We saw. We ate an unhealthy amount of donuts. Such a fun (and painful) night to close out the summer by doing our first ever Donut Mile! Thank you to everyone who participated, and to everyone who cheered us on including barnegat bengals YFC !

We were able to raise money to benefit families battling cancer through David's Dream & Believe foundation! We will continue to accept donations through the weekend, so please consider donating to this amazing cause! Our Venmo is

Finally, a massive thank you to Ferrara’s Bakery for their incredible generosity providing us with the donuts! We are incredibly blessed to have such a supportive community!

Unfortunately, nobody was able to break 8 minutes and earn that Yellow Dog Coffee Roasters gift card, but it gives us more motivation to train harder for next year 👀

The rain held off and it ended up being a beautiful day for a shakeout run! We’ll see you tomorrow for our Donut Mile! 🫡

We’re teaming up again with Yoga Bohemia for a FREE Yoga Pilates Sculpt class.

Led by nature-loving yogi and former gymnast Maria, this Yoga Pilates Sculpt class will blend yoga, Pilates, and strength-based movement for a full-body workout. Expect plenty of movement, strengthening, stretching, and a serious sweat! Maria brings her background in gymnastics and passion for the mind-body connection into her practice. Come ready to work, sweat, and move that body!

This event is FREE and open to all levels. Optional donations will benefit David’s Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation.

We are thrilled to announce that Ferrara’s Bakery has graciously offered to sponsor the event and provide the donuts to everyone that registers by Thursday at 3pm!

Additionally, Yellow Dog Coffee Roasters has offered to provide $25 gift cards to anyone that can complete this race in under 8 minutes 👀

We’re so thankful to the community for helping us make this a great event 🙏 In return, we kindly ask that you use that donut money to donate towards David's Dream & Believe ! You can donate through our Venmo or we will be accepting cash at the event!

To register for the donut mile, scan the barcode in this post or visit the link in our bio! Worldwide, 1 in 5 people will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their life. In the United States, that rate is even higher.
