- and Brooklyn Blaze vs. Dallas Dream to close out day 1; the only 3 set match, Miles Partain/Paul Lotman of Dallas, defeated Brooklyn's Evan Cory/Derek Bradford - (Partain/Benesh are now 3-2; and Cory/Bradford are 2-3)

7/11/2026 in Long Beach, CA for the second women's match of the day, for the AVP league, Week 5, the Dallas Dream vs. the Miami Mayhem.

Betsi Flint & Kylie Deberg playing for the Dream, would lose in 2 sets to Megan Kraft & Kelly Cheng representing Miami. The Mayhem pair (Kraft/Cheng) improves to 3-2 on the year, while Dallas' Flint/Deberg fall to 2-3.

7/11/2026 - The AVP League was in Long Beach today and will finish up tomorrow - for stop #5 of the season. At the upcoming location of the 2028 Olympics, beach volleyball fans were treated to 4 exciting matches.

Starting out with the hometown, LA Launch, facing the Brrooklyn Blaze with two former college standouts from USC and UCLA Julia Donlin & Lexy Denaburg. The Launch won in 2 sets, as the duo of Alaina Chacon & Maddie Anderson improve to 3-2 on the season.

The defending champions (Brooklyn Blaze pair of Donlin/Denaburg) are now 2-3.

Both teams are in action on Sunday, starting at 1pm in Long Beach. - socalbeachvb.com
