True Dynamite is pleased to welcome our new director, Emily Mitarotonda. Emily brings a wealth of experience as a coach and player to the program and will elevate the experience and level of play for all girls.

Emily comes to True Dynamite after coaching for Garden State Elite, Garden State 2028, and the True National 2031 team. She was also an assistant women's lacrosse coach at Bucknell University. A four-year starter at East Stroudsburg University, Emily was the program and PSAC all-time leader in goals (314) and points (393). During her collegiate career, she was a four-time IWLCA All-American, 2024 USA Lacrosse First Team All-American, and two-time PSAC East Athlete of the Year. She helped lead her team to three NCAA Atlantic Region Championships and a PSAC Championship. She graduated with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Athletic Coaching. In 2023, Emily was featured in USA Lacrosse Magazine as the 2023 Division II Women's Preseason Player of the Year.

True Lacrosse is committed to providing our athletes with access to professional, experienced coaches. We are confident Emily will help True Dynamite players develop their skills to reach their potential and find success both on and off the field.
