BEGINNERS WELCOME ... ages 5 and up. Member of the UIAKA association, practiced in Utah, Idaho and Wyoming. Curriculum based on UIAKA standards. Seniors (55+) and kids curriculum are available. Low-cost tuition and family discounts are generously offered. No long-term contract, month to month only. Build, strength, speed, coordination, confidence and self-esteem. Tournaments, seminars and workshops are offered throughout the year. Gi's available for sale (pants, jacket, belt and patches) along with all sparring gear. Separate Adult stick class on Thursday evening. Separate Yoga class on Friday evening.

Our own dojo tournament last Saturday June 20th. Congrats to our two Grand Champions - Black Belt Ty Ray in the Men's category and Chelsey Nye in the Women's. We had many multiple winners including Wyatt Peterson, Jones Burbank, Mavis Hyde, August Grote, Jeremiah Maughan, Noah Christensen and Bridge Durfee. A special thank you to our judges, Koltn Burbank and Gene Pintor. A BRILLIANT job by our Master of Ceremony, Black Belt, Mrs. Jackee Grote. Thank you al, so VERY VERY MUCH!!!!

Belt testing today March 28, 2026. Many, many thanks, to Sensei Koltn and Sensei Lynn, you gentlemen bring a spirit that is unmatched. Thank you to our Black Belt judges, Ty, Gene and Ms. Jackee - thank you all, so much. Our students brought wonderful energy today. Congrats to all that tested, some for belts, some for stripes. Everyone advanced in some fashion. Congrats to new GREEN belt, Geovanny E, PURPLE belt, Elijah D., ORANGE belt, Elizabeth W., and YELLOW belt, Wyatt P. Congrats to those that tested for stripes.
