Every technique we teach has a self defense application.

Repetition builds confidence. Teaching others builds understanding. Put the two together and see how growth happens.

A little favorite game of ours. “I went to the dojo/dojang and I learned…”.

Each student adds a different technique until somebody forgets. This is the Poomsae version…the could only use techniques found in one of our forms.

We aren't in the business of telling kids what they can't do. We help them believe they can do anything they put their minds too and more!
