Bravo to our dancers, instructors, and supportive families for a wonderful Summer Intensive! đź©°
Today we concluded two incredible weeks of immersive ballet training with a Parent Demonstration showcasing the beautiful work our dancers have put in throughout the Intensive.
We were thrilled to welcome more than 100 dancers into our studios for this program to learn, grow, and be challenged by our wonderful CVCB faculty alongside guest instructors from some of the top ballet companies and university programs in the region. We are so proud of the hard work, growth, and joy we saw in our studios these past two weeks!
Thank you to everyone who made this such a special way to close out the summer. 🤍
And we’re not done yet! Fall classes begin August 24, and Company and public auditions are coming right up! Registration and audition information are available at the links in our profile.

🩰 Just two weeks until we’re back at the barre!
Fall semester at Cache Valley Civic Ballet begins August 24, and classes are filling quickly, but there is still room in several levels!
For 45 years, CVCB has been the leader of Cache Valley’s ballet tradition, providing quality classical ballet training in a positive environment where dancers can learn, grow, and develop a love for ballet.
We offer classes for dancers of all ages and experience levels, from little ones stepping into the studio for the very first time to advanced dancers looking for serious training and performance opportunities.
And one of our favorite parts of fall semester: all of our school dancers have the opportunity to perform! The fall semester concludes with Clara’s Dream, our abbreviated, Nutcracker-themed school performance created especially for our students, and our spring concert simply showcases the beautiful art of ballet and the progression our syllabus offers.
There are no additional costume fees for school performances, and need-based scholarships are available because we want quality ballet training to be accessible to families in our community.
Fall Semester: August 24–December 11
Registration is open now!

Our beloved ballet studios at the Whittier Center received a beautiful refresh this summer - just in time to welcome dancers for Summer Intensive next week!
Inspired by the stunning studio renovation led by Becky and Trevor Erickson and an incredible team of volunteers two years ago, the remaining three upstairs studios have now been transformed with fresh paint and will soon have new window coverings.
We truly believe that beautiful spaces inspire beautiful work. When dancers have an environment that is welcoming, cared for, and inspiring, it elevates the experience for everyone. We hope these improvements make coming to ballet even more special for every student who walks through our doors.
This project would not have been possible without the generosity of so many people.
✨ Special thanks to Stephany and Ben Jenkins and their family for the countless hours they dedicated to this project. As the owners of Bennett’s Paint in Logan, their expertise, leadership, and willingness to serve were absolutely invaluable.
We are also incredibly grateful for these generous donations and volunteers:
🎨 Painting: Bennett’s Paint ()
🪵 Trim work: Travis Checketts and family
🙌 Volunteer support: John Moon and volunteers from Gospel Peace Church
A heartfelt thank you as well to Pittsburgh Paint and Benjamin Moore for donating the paint that made this transformation possible.
Finally, we are so grateful to Tony Bruno, Building Manager of the Whittier Center, for his support throughout this project and for everything he does to make the Whittier Center a cleaner, more welcoming place for our community.
We are incredibly fortunate to call this beautiful, historic building our home. Thank you to everyone who gave their time, talents, and resources to invest in the future of our dancers.
We can’t wait to welcome everyone back next week and see these studios filled with dancers once again! 🩰

We celebrated a truly magical season with the Cache Valley Civic Ballet last night 🤍
Our 40 company dancers brought The Nutcracker and the premiere of The Twelve Dancing Princesses to life with beautiful performances for full audiences, an incredible accomplishment under the direction of Artistic Director Jaime Lindley and her dedicated rehearsal assistants.
We are so grateful for the unwavering support of our parents, volunteers, donors, and this amazing community who make it all possible.
Congratulations, dancers! We are so proud of you ✨
