Quit being scared to eat carbs during your fitness journey! Carbs are only 4 calories per gram. When the goal is to lose fat and to lose weight try reducing the amount of fat that you consume. Fat is 9 calories per gram, which is double that of carbs and protein.
This doesnāt mean go out and eat unlimited amounts of carbs but you do the math! (Fats 9cals vs Carbs 4cals) It just means quit being scared to fuel your body appropriately!
Heads up any amount of food in excess amounts including protein, fats, and carbs will cause you to gain weight!
Iām just saying most of the time the main culprit is Fats and Alcohol!
