A beautiful sunset for our last evening class of the season. So blessed to share it with such a wonderful group of people. Some new friends and some that come back each summer.

World Meditation Day! I was blessed to start my day with a beautiful meditation on the beach. Breathing in and out to the sound of the waves. So very grateful for my practice, for my heart and for my life.
