Yesterday we were able to spend time with one of my teachers who we hadn’t seen since Covid. Her daughter arranged a lovely luncheon and invited many of her students. Though she is 100+ she guided the the chi set as she has always done, not missing a beat. She has inspired me throughout my tai chi journey and I’m forever grateful and honored to know her.
