What a dreamy evening filled intentional presence and open hearts. Soul grateful to all that made it possible from the attendees to co-facilitators to the sounds of Mother Nature elevating us that much more!
We started with some adaptogenic tea that guests got to choose which type of vibe they desired; more uplifting and energizing, or more relaxing and sedative.. we mingled, we talked, we held space as the mushrooms moved through our hearts and into our bodies.
Leading a gentle flow 🧘🏻♀️, paired with an out of this world sound bath🔮, all tied up with the 🍄 tea bringing us to this full entourage effect. 😌
We swam after yoga, we drank more tea, we munch on snacks and we laughed till we cried..
Does anyone know the scientific measurement of a scosche?🤣
