🌱 GROW WITH US! 🌱

Rural Resilience is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us!

We are seeking a Contracted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide counseling services to students in Gardiner, Montana, 1–2 days per week.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by bringing accessible, relationship-based mental health support directly into a rural school community.

đź’š Position: Contracted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Candidates considered.
📍 Location: Gardiner, Montana
📅 Schedule: 1–2 days per week
🏫 Setting: School-based counseling services
🤝 Focus: Supporting rural students and families through accessible, compassionate mental health care

At Rural Resilience, we believe that where a child lives shouldn’t determine whether they can access the support they need. We’re building a team that values connection, collaboration, flexibility, and showing up for rural communities.

If you’re a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor passionate about working with youth and interested in being part of a growing rural nonprofit, we’d love to hear from you!

đź’š 988 Day: Moving Together. Connecting Together.

Today at 9:00 AM, schools across Park County came together for 8 minutes of movement and connection in recognition of 988 Day.

We moved to remind our students, staff, families, and community that it’s okay to ask for help. 💚

Mental health is part of our health—and just like we care for our physical health, we need to care for our mental and emotional well-being, too.

Movement can support mental health. Connection supports mental health. And connection is prevention.

Eight minutes may seem small, but when an entire community moves together, it sends a powerful message:

You are not alone. It’s okay to reach out. It’s okay to ask for help. And we are stronger when we take care of one another.

Thank you to the schools across Park County who participated and helped us create a community where connection, wellness, and mental health matter. đź’š

Move. Connect. Reach out. Ask for help.
988 is here when you need it.

Connect. Support. Prevent.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month—a reminder that prevention begins with connection.

A conversation.
A check-in.
A willingness to listen.
A reminder that someone is not alone.

At Rural Resilience, we believe that connection is prevention. When we create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and safe to ask for help, we strengthen the resilience of our students, families, and communities.

CONNECT with the people around you. Reach out. Check in. Listen without judgment.

SUPPORT those who may be struggling. Remind them that asking for help is a skill—not a weakness.

PREVENT by creating a community where conversations about mental health are normalized, resources are accessible, and no one has to face life's hardest moments alone.

This September—and every month—let's continue to grow connection, grow hope, and remind one another:

You matter. You are not alone. Help is available.

đź’™ Move. Connect. Remember.

Because su***de prevention isn’t just about what we do in a crisis. It’s about creating communities where people feel connected, supported, and comfortable asking for help before a crisis happens.

Asking for help is a skill, not a weakness.

The 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 by call, text, or chat for anyone experiencing a mental health, substance use, or su***de crisis — or for anyone worried about someone they care about.

Let’s make 988 something our communities know, talk about, and remember.

You are not alone. Help is available. Connection matters. đź’™
