I LOVE hearing feedback from clients! 💙
Retraining muscle tissue so it works in harmony with other muscles takes consistency, doing your corrective movements a few times a day.
Not everyone feels significant relief after one session, but when they do, it’s amazing!
Those small, consistent practices are what create lasting results.

Functional breathing supports better movement.
We are a whole being—each part of us impacts and relies on another for better function.
I LOVE hearing how clients feel after just a few short weeks of retraining their breathing and movement. Small changes can create big shifts in how we sleep, move, feel, and function.
Listen to this client’s experience. 💙

Women's Retreat
The world is a little brighter when women get together to laugh, cry and play. We retreat so we can bring this energy back to or everyday lives, so we can reconnect to ourself.
When we return to our "real life" there is a ripple effect that takes place. We have more grace, more patience, more strength, more capacity for life.

The podcast is LIVE!
What a phenomenal platform for focused driven athletes looking to stay at the forefront of performance training. I had the pleasure of discussing how functional breathing can enhance performance, recovery, focus, and overall athletic potential.

Thank you Glenn Hames for the opportunity to share this important conversation.
