Stop swinging with just your shoulder. If you want to hit harder, you have to use your entire body. Look at the difference in this athlete's swing before and after our clinic. Before, she had no hip rotation and relied entirely on her arm. The result was a stiff swing with zero power. After, she uses full body rotation to create massive arm speed and a fluid, explosive hit.
