Hot Yoga Studio Sumits Hot Yoga is a basic 101 yoga sequence practiced in a hot, humid room. It was specifically designed for all levels. Peace & Sweat!

It guides a new student through the basics and challenges the seasoned yogi. The traditional sequence is 80 minutes, but we offer a 60 minute version throughout the week, so see the class schedule on our website. We look forward to meeting you!

TEACHER SPOTLIGHT: Meet Jennifer! 💫

What started as a first class at Sumits in January 2015 quickly turned into a love affair with yoga—and by October, Jennifer was in teacher training! 🧘‍♀️🔥

Fast-forward 10 years, and she’s still sharing her love of the practice with our Sumits community. ❤️

What she loves most? Walking into the room knowing that, in some small way, what she’s about to do might make a difference in someone’s day. And that’s exactly the kind of energy we love having on our teaching team.

When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find Jennifer hiking with her two dogs 🐾, tackling a jigsaw puzzle 🧩, or cooking up something delicious. She’s also called Conifer home for 34 years with her hubby—and clearly, she’s found her happy place. 🏡 Catch Jennifer’s class on Wed at noon and Fridays at 9:30am! 🧘‍♀️

Have you met Rebekah? 🧘‍♀️🎶

We’re so excited to introduce the newest addition to the Sumits Yoga teacher crew!🧡

Originally from San Diego, Rebekah traded the ocean for the Colorado mountains in 2017—but she’s still very much an ocean girl at heart. 🌊⛰️

She’s a huge live music lover, married to a musician, and an avid playlist maker. 🎶 She believes the right song can completely transform a yoga class—and we couldn’t agree more!

After nearly a 10-year yoga hiatus, Rebekah found her way back to the mat three years ago and quickly fell in love with the movement, music, people, and especially the incredible Sumits community.

For Rebekah, teaching is all about connection, joy, movement, breath, and creating a space where everyone can leave feeling just a little better than when they arrived. 💫

When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find her with her husband, son, and two very loved dogs 🐶🐶, at a concert, or planning her next adventure somewhere with water. 🌊✈️

Help us give Rebekah a BIG Sumits welcome! 👋💛

PS. You can catch her class Saturdays at 4pm 🥰

Meet Ahimsa — Ahimsa is a Sanskrit word that means “non-violence”—but it’s about so much more than avoiding harm. It’s one of yoga’s most beautiful reminders to practice compassion, and kindness (yes, even toward yourself 😉).

On the mat, ahimsa might look like:
🧘‍♀️ Choosing child’s pose without guilt ( Hello second flow compassion break🙃)
🧡Taking a breath instead of forcing a pose
🌱 Celebrating progress instead of chasing perfection
☀️ Giving yourself the same kindness you give everyone else

Because your yoga practice isn’t just about touching your toes… it’s about how you show up for yourself and the world around you.

😉See you on your mats

It’s easy to focus on the finish line, but yoga reminds us that every breath, every pose, and every challenge along the way is where the real growth happens.

The destination isn’t somewhere in the future, it’s the practice itself. Keep showing up, stay present, and trust the process🧘🔥🧡
See you on your mats 😘
