RMHS has developed the best summer camp daily schedule possible, with the optimal combination of on-ice instruction and off-ice dryland training, providing a well-balanced and effective skill development training program. We believe it is important to maximize the amount of time spent on-ice each day, while continuing to condition the body off-ice at pre-determined intervals.

What. A. Camp. Thank you to all of the athletes who were absolute professionals this week. These guys knew what they wanted and they weren't afraid to do the hard work to get it. That effort and determination directly translated out there on the ice. It was so great to see and as usual we had a ton of fun doing it. Huge s/o to everyone that made this Elite camp so special. Keep grinding, this squad is going places.
