Swim Tip of the Week, Parent-Tot: Have your child blue bubbles into the water in the bath tub from a young age. This helps them feel comfortable with moving their face towards a larger body of water!

Swim Tip of the Week, Competitive: When swimming freestlye, focus having the water line meet your head where you would be wearing a head band. This creates a neutral neck position and helps keep your hips on the surface!

Ready to see real progress? Schedule a competitive analysis lesson with us today and get a 360 degree recording when you can see your stroke you can improve it.

Swim tip of the week, learn-to-swim: Make sure your child is pointing their toes when they try flutter kicking. Lots of children tend to flex their feet in the water, and this causes them to move backwards instead of forwards!

We are often the place that "works" when other places haven't. Come try us, your free class free!
