NEW CLASS. NEW CYCLE. 💥
You asked, we listened.
Starting Thursday, July 23, we’re adding a 7:45 AM class every Tuesday & Thursday through the end of August. It was by far our most requested time, so come fill it up! 💪
Also, our new 6-week strength cycle starts Monday, July 20. Expect an alternating A/B week format with fresh variations, clear progressions, and plenty of opportunities to get stronger.
