CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is “constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement done across broad time and modal domains." Our goal is improving fitness (and therefore general physical preparedness) We combine Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Metabolic Conditioning. CrossFit Classes:
5:30- 6:30 am
6:30- 7:30 am - Foundations M/F
12:00- 1:00 pm
3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
4:30- 5:30 pm
5:30- 6:30 pm
6:30-7:30 pm - Foundations T/Th & Regular Classes M/W
