Father's Day workout was the best at rock city MMA. Yesterday shout out to all the dads and a couple mom's who showed up and showed out and put it all on the line and had fun competition training with their kids. Lots of laughter lots of sweat, I cannot be more proud of our team, our coaches and our students than I am right now. What a great amazing day we love you, dads. We are so thankful for you. Thank you for being in the picture. Thank you for helping and supporting. And encouraging and those that actually step up beyond their father, role. And mentor and help and encourage. And inspire other kids who may not have the blessing of hang a father in their home. We're in their life.Thank you for being the greatest. I will share videos later

What a happy little accident having the little guy at the water fountain in this picture. This is our Rockstar student Elias! He has fought so hard the last few weeks. Getting knocked down and getting back up!! Great attitude. But it is all because of who pushes him the hardest. And thars this crazy kid here 'Straits! This kid is sobuard headed and hits blast doubles on Elias everyday. If it wasn't for strait, Eli wouldn't be learning resilience, grit and determination.

PARENTS! SLOW DOWN. DRIVE SAFE. GET TO CLASS WHEN YOU CAN, IN ONE PIECE. BE CAREFUL WITH MY BABIES!
