This September, we’re doing more than talking about safety.

As part of REALTOR® Safety Month, LRRA is partnering with Rock City MMA for a hands-on self-defense class led by Coach Nathan Kirby. Members will actively practice techniques involving punching, kicking, elbows, grappling, wrestling, and submissions in a professional training environment.

Choose the session that works best for you:

• Wednesday, September 23 | 9:00–11:00 AM
• Friday, September 25 | 9:00–11:00 AM
• Rock City MMA | 400 N. Bowman Rd., Little Rock

The same class will be offered on both dates.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring water, and come ready to participate.

10YRS Later & WE HAVE A NEW BLACKBELT
congratulations to our very own homegrown BLACKBELT Robert Eoff!
I had the opportunity to train most of his family. His 2 sons and 2 of his 3 daughters. I remember when naga came to littler rock for the first time in 2016, he had three weeks of training under his belt and competed in his first tournament that summer. Here we are, 10 years later and through his consistency commitment & dedication. We are proud to announce, Robert is rock city's newest black belt.
