Our comprehensive baseball training program targets specific physical, mechanical, and mental training techniques to better your baseball skills. Our State of the Art Gym trains your body through strength, speed and nutrition. Each player entering our facility works with a dedicated professional instructor who will help improve the player with their knowledge, experiences, and expertise. PROFORMANCE's goal is to make available the best coaching staff and training facility possible to help ballplayers reach their full potential in the sport. We will provide a safe learning atmosphere with resources to help each individual player compete at the highest level of baseball and softball possible. Our Strength Training Gym is to provide the client with the highest level of personal training and education for a healthy lifestyle. We believe in smart, functional training so our clients are never put at risk for injury. If you are injured, how can you continue to train in order to meet your goals? PROFORMANCE has teamed up with PTI (Physical Therapy Institute) in order to encompass the total package when it comes to an elite training facility. We as a team will help clients build their confidence, reach their desired weight loss goals, and improve their overall health. The Proformance staff has created an intimate and motivating environment for all of our potential clients to enjoy. Our facility will be able to accommodate top professional athletes, weekend warriors, and stay at home moms. The clubhouse/lounge area will provide a comfortable, inviting environment for our clients and their parents to take advantage of while they are waiting. It will contain a comfy couch style seating area, restrooms, smoothie bar, cooler with Mountain Valley water and Gatorade products and complementary coffee. The lounge will also provide a large flat screen TV, free WiFi, and bar style seating in order for you to watch what is going on “on the field”. PROFORMANCE apparel is displayed and available for purchase as well. The lounge was created to have the feeling of a Big League Clubhouse! feet of padded turf
