I’d like to celebrate really quick that today was a day I planned to slow down and rest. I started with cleaning the house, and putting on some sage and cinnamon for protection and prosperity (I boil it like fabuloso, Lol) . Said a prayer. Rested for hours, whether that was outside for a little bit, on my phone some, but most importantly, I slept till I felt like I got enough sleep. Without anxiety or guilt about the sleep, might I add.

I got up to go to my store to clean and create. My mood lately, has been open to all possibilities while I’m still walking in the dark on my journey of growth. I’ve been happy just with having faith, love and support in my life. Ive eased up on expectations. I’ve been staying prayed up.

When I got to the store, I turned on my fave pastor and I prayed over my store and cleaned up.

Chile, why am I at the mall, I not only seen my favorite ppl which made me happy as usual, but I gained a new client. 🥹💗

I say all that to say, you can rest and it’ll still happen for you 🫶🏽 please stay up in spirit. Build you a routine, pray and believe it’ll happen for you at anytime— not a specific time. Most importantly, celebrate the small things 💐🥂 they add up to a bigger win!

Our meditation/coaching sessions will help you feel relieved, and organized. This service is also available for those who are seeking therapy but may not have as much access due to finances or healthcare. I am a certified life, mindset and personal growth coach where I have been trained on psychology as well and can get you started on the right path 💗
