The last open water swim of the season didn't disappoint. And proud of this small but mighty group of women that came together 16 weeks ago to train for Waco 70.3. Such a privilege to coach you all along the way and now to cheer for you on race day next weekend!

Nobody really cares if you raced a World Championship, and that’s a good thing.

A happy to Estelle on a solid race at in Nice; Erin at ; Hailey, Tahwana Zavala, and Group Training athletes at Beast of the Brazos and the Waco Skittles Ride.

And a special shout out to Mary Ladage. Race day didn't go as planned/hoped in Nice, but she showed up and fought until the very end. She embodied one of my favorite sayings, "Don't be afraid to be seen trying."

I'm proud of each and every one of you and it is such an honor and privilege to be your coach!
